Crown Place is a brand new Norwich student accommodation which opened in September 2019. It is an upmarket accommodation boasting a cinema room, games room, fitness suite, study spaces and open plan communal areas.
OBJECTIVE
The fitness suite in this student accommodation needed to match the rest of the interior and facilities to fall in line with the overall concept.
GYM DESIGN & PLANNING
When creating a new fitness suite, Gym Gear’s design team focus on the environment of the building and its integration with the equipment. In a project such as Crown Place, the aesthetics of the fitness suite was as important as its functionality in order to deliver an enhanced, exerciser experience.
EQUIPMENT INSTALLED
A variety of equipment has been installed including T97 Treadmills, X97 Cross Trainers, C97 Upright Bikes, Tornado Airbikes, Blade 2.0 Rowing Machines, Elite Series Strength Equipment, Functional Training Equipment and Gym Gear Rubber Flooring.
OUTCOME
The result is a fitness suite that feels like a natural part of the building. Whilst being aesthetically attractive as part of the overall concept, the fitness suite provides the functionality for a great workout for all kinds of student exercisers.
